Recently, researchers have conducted a study on the diets of 400 elderly men and women in Sweden, Indonesia, and Australia.  They found that those with the fewest wrinkles ate the most leafy green vegetables and beans. Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds have the highest natural vitamin E content of any food.  Vitamin E is an essential nutrient for looking younger.  “No antioxidant is more effective at fighting the aging effects of free radicals,” says Barry Swanson, Ph.D., a professor of food science at Washington State University.

Sweet Potatoes

Overexposed to the sun?? This is one of the leading reasons men age prematurely. But, sweet potatoes may help to fight sun damage. Pigments found in beta-carotene rich foods, such as carrots and sweet potatoes can build up in your skin, helping to fight and prevent damage from ultraviolet rays.

Cheese

Cheese is one of the best foods you can eat for your choppers.  It’s a wonderful source of calcium and keeps your teeth and bones strong. Eating cheese lowers the levels of bacteria in your mouth, keeping your teeth clean and cavity-free! Doctors recommend eating at least two servings of block cheese every week.

Grape Juice

“Grapes are filled with antioxidant polyphenols that keep your skin flexible and elastic,” says Swanson.  They not only keep your skin from sagging, but also provide protection from strokes and heart attacks.
